Danielle joined the firm in December, 2001, after working as an associate at the firm of Corbo, Hanson, Gaucci, Lederman, & McMichael for the previous nine years. She is based out of the firm's Staten Island office. Danielle specializes in Corporate and securities work, international finance, mergers and acquisitions, complex business litigation, and private equity transactions.
Danielle received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., as well as a master's degree in public policy from Florida International University in Miami. She graduated from the pretigious law program at Yale University in 2006.
Danielle has vast experience in the area of corporate advisory and financial transactional work for middle- and upper-market established firms. She has represented companies based abroad looking to establishing a United States presence, as well as foreign entrepreneurs and start-up capitalists. She has acted as an outside general counsel for hundreds of clients, providing guidance on strategy and planning in industries that include energy, information technology, banking, resorts, pharmeceuticals, and insurance.
Danielle is licensed to appear in: the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; the U.S. District Court of New York (Southern); the U.S. District Court of New Jersey (Northern); the U.S. Supreme Court.

Danielle is chairman of the annual Metropolitan Manhattan Autism Awareness campaign that raises funds for children suffering from developmental disorders. She also serves as director of the Stephenson School for Learning and Mentally challenged youth in the tri-state area. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Nassau/Suffolk Teen Pre-Law Investment Group.
Danielle received the NYCJR's "Distinguished Service" Award in 2002 for her outstanding work providing legal assistance to victims of the shooting at the Maine Central Bank
robbery the previous summer.
She also has been named in her hometown "Des Moines News Ledger's list of "40 Under 40 Future Leaders of America."
