Introduction

Paige is one of the five founding name partners at Simon Bennett Robbins Oppenheim & Taft. She is headquartered at the firm's satellite office in downtown Brooklyn office, which is located near the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge. Paige specializes in corporate finance and securities, international business transactions, information technology, new media, shareholder disputes, and internal corporate investigations.

Education

Paige graduated in the top 10 percent of her undergraduate class at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in 1989. She enrolled in the law school at nearby Harvard University the following the summer and completed her coursework one semester early with a perfect 4.0 grade-point-average.

Experience

Paige left the firm in the summer of 1994 to take over as Chief Executive Officer at MarKemp Industries in Brampton, Canada. From there, she held leadership positions in Corporate America, serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Los Angeles-based Hirsch Pharmeceuticals from 1994 through 1999, and then as Chief Financial Officer at Hughley Tech in Detroit for the following decade. She returned to Simon Bennett Robbins Oppenheim & Taft in 2009.

Paige is licensed to appear in: U.S. Court of Appeals, 12th Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, 14th Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, 15th Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, 19th Circuit; U.S. District Courts of California (Southern); U.S. District Courts of New York (Eastern); U.S. District Courts of Florida (Southern, Central, Northern); and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Professional and Civic Activities

Paige is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Kings County Bar Association, the Southern Colorado Latino Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Hispanic Minority Bar Association. She also serves as chairman of the Babson Alumni Organization and the Elite Lawyers of the Western World Council. Additionally, Paige teaches an ongoing course at Delaware State University, "Ethics and Integrity in the Modern World of International Finance."
